This article will go over the customisation options available for the "Upcoming Meetings" app part in ODW products and services.

Editing the app part on the page
To make changes to the app part, follow the below steps:
- Edit the page using the edit button in the right-hand side of the ribbon.
- Once in edit mode click into the zone the welcome banner is located.
- You will see the edit menu on the left-hand side.
The property pane will now display to the right. This pane will allow you to view the following options to adjust the app part configuration:
| Show app part title | Show content from app part title input box. |
| App part title | Custom text for app part title. |
| How many days in advance to retrieve meetings for? | How many days in advance should the app part show? Maximum of a week in the future. |

How many meetings to show? |
How many meetings should the apppart show? (Maximum of 20) |
| Show ‘create new meeting’ link | Set to on shows the ‘create new meeting’ link at the bottom of the app part. |
| Show Date | Show date below time of the meeting. |
| How often to check for new upcoming meetings (in minutes) | How often should the app part refresh the meetings from outlook. |
| Size of the app part Title | Font size of the app part title. |
| Space between header and items | Space between app part title and the items below. |
| Space between footer and items | Space between the bottom of the items and the ‘Create new meeting’ link. |
| Size of Create Label | Font size of the ‘Create new meeting’ text. |
| Space between items | Space between meeting items. |
| Radius of meeting status' | Radius of top left and bottom left of the meeting status. |
| Radius of the meeting details | Radius of the meeting content right top and bottom corners. |
