How do I interact with posts and updates from others?

You can interact with posts by liking, commenting, or sharing them. Simply click the like button, type your comment in the comment box, or click the share icon to distribute the post within other communities or your storyline.

How can I stay updated about when a colleague posts?

You can follow users for whose content you want to be notified by visiting their profile and clicking the follow button. You will then receive notifications when they post, and they will appear more prominently in your feed.

People you may want to follow could include a line manager, a senior leader, or just someone who posts interesting content!

How can I connect with leaders in my company on the platform?

There are three main ways to interact with your leaders on Viva Engage

1. Leadership Corner: In the left-hand side of Viva Engage, you’ll find a ‘leaders’ button, which will take you to the leadership corner. This is a hub where you can find all your leaders and their posts and interact with them and their content.
2. Live events: Company leaders are encouraged to host live events, such as Ask Me Anything events, regularly so that employees can interact with their leaders in a less formal manner and get to know them better.
3. More Direct Interactions: Follow your leaders, react to their content, leave comments. This level of accessibility is all made possible through Viva Engage

How do I participate in campaigns and events?

Campaigns and events will be promoted within the relevant communities or through notifications. You can join by clicking on the event or campaign post and following any instructions provided, such as RSVPing or participating in discussions.
