Viva Engage admins have access to a feature that lets users in the network report conversations, comments, and replies in Viva Engage that don't follow guidelines or policies. Admins can also Monitor Keywords (such as swearwords) in their Admin Settings. It’s possible to monitor sensitive content by specifying keywords such as banned words or employees' personal information. All messages in internal and external networks, including messages to and from external participants can be monitored.
